DOJ Secures First Criminal Antitrust Labor Market Conviction

As we reported last week, the DOJ's Antitrust Division secured its first-ever conviction in a criminal labor market trial in Nevada. The jury convicted the individual for participating in a three-year conspiracy to fix wages for home healthcare nurses. While there have been civil wage fixing cases previously, and a guilty plea, this is the DOJ's first conviction.
